BlackForge VR is coming to Meta Quest & PC VR to teach you weaponsmithing in VR
Fast Travel Games has announced that Mana Brigade's VR smithing simulator, BlackForge VR, will be released on Meta Quest 3, Quest 2, Quest Pro and PC VR in 2024. An exact release date has not yet been announced. The game allows players to craft their own weapons, fulfill the wishes of townspeople in a full campaign, and learn mythical techniques. A free demo of the game is currently available on SideQuest and Steam as part of this week's Next Fest event. The demo includes an introduction to weaponsmithing and playable quests.
Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord brings back Dan Aykroyd as Ray Stantz in a free update
The VR game Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord has received a free update with new content and improvements. "Slimer Hunt" is now available on Meta Quest and Playstation VR 2 and includes a mission where players must hunt Slimer in San Francisco. The story is narrated by Dan Aykroyd, reprising his role as original Ghostbuster Ray Stanz. The update also includes the original Ghostbusters flight suits as in-game cosmetics.
Asgard's Wrath 2: New Cosmic Event brings fresh loot and Mixed Reality challenges
Asgard's Wrath 2 has launched its second Cosmic Event: "Into the Multiverse". The event introduces new Cosmic Objectives, Loki Anomalies, and Weaver Trials that players can complete to unlock new loot. It also features a new Mixed Reality challenge called "Desert Rogues" available only on Meta Quest 3. Additionally, Super Rumble players in Horizon World can unlock an exclusive Loki outfit by sending the god a high five. Into the Multiverse follows yesterday's big update for Asgard's Wrath 2 and is completely free.
