Sony has more Playstation VR 2 games up its sleeve
It looks like more games for Playstation VR 2 will be announced soon. One VR publisher is promising one or two surprises.
Perp Games has announced a PSVR 2 showcase for next Monday. The publisher writes on Twitter: "It's time to show you what we've been working on... Our PlayStation VR 2 showcase has new announcements and a few surprises!"
The show is hosted by the folks behind the PSVR2 without Parole YouTube channel. The platform will be provided by IGN. The show will air on Monday, January 30th at 10am Thursday Pacific Time (PT) / 6PM UTC.
A publisher with VR experience
Perp Games is a publisher of 2D and VR games and has released several titles for Playstation VR, including

- Budget Cuts
- Creed: Rise to Glory
- Down the Rabbit Hole
- Ghost Giant
- Mask Maker
- Moss
- Pixel Ripped 1989
- The Walking Dead: Onslaught
- Wanderer
- Windlands 2
- Vader Immortal
- Yupiter Degree
So far, Perp Games has announced four titles for PSVR2: Synth Riders Remastered Edition, Song in The Smoke Rekindled, Cave Digger 2 Dig Harder, and Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate.
The publisher may announce more PSVR2 upgrades (Wanderer, Vader Immortal) and one or two new titles. The latter could be games built from the ground up for virtual reality or VR ports. Perp Games would have suitable 2D titles in its portfolio, including Chernobylite and the horror game Madison.
Coming soon for Playstation VR 2
Sony has quite a few VR games ready to launch, but most of them are older and already available on other VR or 2D platforms. The exceptions are exclusive titles like Horizon Call of the Mountain, Firewall Ultra, and Switchback VR.
Also not yet in Sony's portfolio is the VR smash hit Half-Life: Alyx. However, the title could still come if Sony and Valve come to an agreement, if the rumor mill is correct.
