Xbox Game Pass Ultimate coming to Meta Quest 3 in December

Meta has confirmed that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Cloud Streaming will be available on Meta Quest 3, Quest 2, and Quest Pro in December. After the initial announcement last year, gamers will soon be able to stream flat-screen games from the cloud to their VR headset. The games will be displayed on a large virtual screen in the Quest 3 and can be played with an Xbox controller. The offering is part of Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which currently costs $16.99 per month.

Meta begins expanding Meta Horizon Worlds beyond VR, launching the first Horizon world on mobile devices and web browsers. Android users can now request access to “Super Rumble” via the Meta Quest app, while the rollout for iOS will take place in the coming weeks. The limited early access is also available on any web browser via horizon.meta.com. Horizon Worlds is currently available in Canada, France, Iceland, Ireland, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

VR Tennis Training for Quest 2 becomes official partner of the ATP

Sense Arena, a VR training platform provider, has announced a multi-year partnership with the ATP Tour to become the official VR tennis training tool of the ATP. Players will be able to complete drills on Meta Quest 2 to improve their tennis movements, reaction times and game strategy. The new ATP Tour Sense Arena platform will also offer the "Master Your Return" feature, which allows users to practice realistic serves. Sense Arena is a subscription service and costs between $30 and $50 per month, depending on the package.
