Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra falls to $949.99 as Amazon cuts $450 off its listed price
Amazon has the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in black with 256GB of storage for $949.99. The retailer shows a $1,399.99 list price, making the displayed saving $450 on this configuration.
The phone is sold and shipped by Amazon.com in new condition, and it was in stock for delivery to New York when checked. The price did not require a Prime membership or a coupon. Check the selected color and storage before ordering, since the listing also groups other versions together.
That saving is measured against Amazon's displayed list price, not proof of a record low. The 256GB model is still a substantial purchase, and the storage cannot be expanded with a microSD card.

A flagship with an included S Pen
The Galaxy S26 Ultra has a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and 12GB of RAM in this configuration. Samsung includes the S Pen in the box, making the phone useful for handwritten notes and precise edits without buying a separate stylus.
Its Privacy Display can limit what people beside you see on screen; Samsung says it must be enabled in settings. The phone also uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and has a 5,000mAh battery. The manufacturer's product page explains the features and their availability.

Check the storage and charging extras
The 256GB capacity is suitable for apps and a sizeable photo library, but people who keep a lot of high-resolution video locally may want to compare the separate 512GB option. Make sure the price you see applies to the version you intend to buy.
Samsung lists support for up to 60W wired charging, but a compatible charger is sold separately. Some Galaxy AI features require an internet connection or Samsung account, and third-party features can have separate terms. The deal price and availability may change.
