Paradiddle turns Meta Quest into a portable drum set that you can take anywhere. It supports a variety of instruments such as glockenspiel, handpan and timpani.

Whether you want to learn drumming step-by-step, show off your skills with the built-in rhythm game, or just experiment, Paradiddle has you covered. And thanks to the new Mixed Reality mode, you'll never lose sight of the physical world.

If you are new to drumming, there are ten beginner-friendly lessons. If you're looking for a challenge, you'll find it in the Rhythm Game mode, which includes 3o songs with varying levels of difficulty. Custom song support is also available.

Paradiddle for Quest with many new features

For multiplayer fans, there are two modes: Free Play and Competitive. In the former, you can hear each other's instruments, which is great for drum lessons and remote performances. In the latter, you play the included songs with the goal of getting the highest score. Alternatively, the app also offers cross-platform leaderboards.

Advanced users can import their own songs and sheet music, combine physical and virtual instruments, and use MIDI input and output.

  • 14 new songs, for a total of 30
  • Two multiplayer modes for up to four players

The PC VR version will be updated with the new features at the same time. The exact release date is unknown, but Paradiddle should be coming "soon" according to the latest trailer.
