The Reality Bytes Sale on the Meta Store is in full swing, with discounts of up to 50% on a huge range of VR games. The event runs through April 27 at 11:59 p.m. PT (that’s 8:59 a.m. CEST the following day). If you’ve had your eye on some of the pricier titles, now’s your chance to save big. Here are seven VR and Mixed Reality games that genuinely stand out during this sale.

MiRacle Pool

MiRacle Pool is a showcase for just how good Mixed Reality can feel on the Meta Quest 3. This virtual billiards game nails the physics, with intuitive controls that make it easy to forget you’re not actually leaning over a real table. Set up the virtual table in your space, move it around, or adjust the height — it’s surprisingly flexible.

Gameplay mirrors real-life billiards: rest your left hand on the table, aim with the cue in your right, and take your shot. Alongside classic 8-ball, you’ll find 9-ball, 10-ball, and snooker. If you’re just getting started, there’s an arcade mode with aim assist to help you out.

I Expect You To Die 3: Cog in the Machine

The third entry in the beloved spy-themed puzzle series sends you off on another covert mission in VR. As Agent Phoenix, you’ll tackle brain-teasing puzzles and dodge deadly traps. The game opens with one of the best intro sequences you’ll find in any VR game — think classic James Bond vibes, but interactive.

The puzzles strike a good balance between challenging and fair, and the levels are packed with clever details and nods to spy movie clichés. Telekinesis powers let you move objects around the room and even “pin” them in midair, opening up some satisfyingly creative solutions.

Smash Drums

Smash Drums is a rhythm game that turns your living room into a virtual stage, letting you unleash your inner drummer. There are currently 58 free rock songs to play, plus four paid DLC packs (five songs each) for even more variety.

The Mixed Reality mode for the Quest 3 drops the drum kit right into your real-world environment. If you’re a fan of the classic note highways from Rock Band, the “Classic Mode” has you covered. The game’s polished feel makes it easy to lose yourself in the music from your very first session.

Pavlov Shack

Pavlov Shack brings the popular Pavlov VR shooter to Quest, channeling serious Counter-Strike energy. In addition to the classic “Search and Destroy” mode, you’ll find Deathmatch, Zombies, and Gun Game.

The weapon buy system is simple and intuitive, and handling the guns just feels right. On Quest 3, the game delivers sharp, detailed visuals. Community servers support mods, which adds a ton of replay value and variety.

Pixel Ripped 1995

Pixel Ripped 1995 is a nostalgia trip straight to the 16-bit era, when SNES and Sega Mega Drive ruled the living room. You play as young David, sneaking in as much gaming as possible, much to his mom’s dismay.

When the villainous Cyblin Lord crosses over into the real world, the line between game and reality starts to blur. You’ll switch between David’s perspective and that of Dot, the in-game heroine. The fictional games are lovingly inspired by classics like Secret of Mana, Double Dragon, and Castlevania.

Bonelab

Bonelab is an experimental VR shooter built on a robust physics engine. The game lets you swap between wildly different character models—think nimble runner, hulking warrior, or even a small cat for squeezing through tight spaces.

You play as an outcast who escapes execution and ends up in a bizarre digital lab. Beyond the main campaign, Bonelab offers a range of bonus modes and full support for community mods built with the Marrow SDK.

Into Black

Into Black is a fresh blend of Deep Rock Galactic, No Man’s Sky, and Borderlands. You step into the space boots of Ben Mitchell, an explorer who finds himself stranded on a mysterious alien world after a trip through a wormhole.

Armed with a flashlight, pickaxe, mining laser, and blaster, you’ll explore vast cave systems, mine resources, and battle insect-like aliens while upgrading your gear. A witty AI drone named Jonathan tags along for comic relief. There’s online co-op for up to four players and a competitive multiplayer mode for up to twelve.
