A $400 discount brings this RTX 5080 gaming PC with 32GB RAM and 2TB storage below $3,000
High-end gaming PCs can swallow a big budget, but a $400 Newegg discount brings this iBUYPOWER desktop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 under $3,000. The system is $2,999.99 at Newegg, compared with the retailer’s displayed $3,399.99 price.
The configuration pairs the RTX 5080 with an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe SSD. It also includes a 360mm liquid CPU cooler, giving shoppers a ready-built option without having to assemble those parts themselves.
Newegg listed item N82E16883993015 as new, sold and shipped by Newegg, with an add-to-cart option when we checked. This is still an expensive PC, so the savings figure deserves to be considered alongside competing builds and the features you actually need.

RTX 5080 graphics and a 2TB game library
The desktop RTX 5080 comes with 16GB of graphics memory, separate from the 32GB of system RAM. It is a high-end card for buyers considering a high-resolution monitor or demanding graphics settings. Performance will still depend on the game, settings, resolution and other factors; check independent benchmarks for the titles you play.
NVIDIA DLSS features can provide more options in supported games, although availability and visual results vary by title. The 2TB SSD should give a game library more breathing room than a 1TB drive, though Windows and other software also take up space.
The Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is Intel’s desktop processor in this build. The cooler is listed for the CPU; it should not be mistaken for a liquid-cooled graphics card.
Check the configuration and your desk space
Newegg lists an 850W power supply, Windows 11 Home and an included keyboard. Confirm the exact bundled accessories and ports before ordering, especially if you need a mouse or particular monitor connection. A monitor is a separate purchase.
As with other prebuilt systems, brands of individual internal components may vary. If a specific motherboard, graphics-card manufacturer or upgrade path matters to you, check with the seller first. The $400 saving is against Newegg’s displayed comparison price and does not establish a record low. Verify the current price and stock at checkout.
