Forza Horizon 6's City Life playlist brings new cars and Halo rewards to Tokyo
Forza Horizon 6's City Life Festival Playlist is now live, offering new cars to unlock and a forthcoming Master Chief outfit alongside an update that adds two permanent Tokyo City routes. Playground Games is also celebrating 25 years of Xbox and Halo with a special car livery planned for players' Message Centers.
The City Life playlist began on November 5, following the game update on November 2. It runs through December 3, according to the official release notes, and is available on Steam, the Xbox app for PC and Xbox Series X and S.
The two new roads, Edo Circuit Road Race and Shuto Charge Street Race, are permanent additions. The festival rewards rotate through the series, so the date matters if you want a particular car or cosmetic item.

Three cars make their Horizon debut
Playground Games says City Life introduces the 2016 Honda S660 Alpha, 2025 Citroën Ami and 1987 Fiat Panda to the Horizon series. The Honda and Citroën both have body-kit upgrades.

The reward schedule lists the Citroën Ami at 15 points during the first week, the Fiat Panda at 15 points during the winter week and the Honda S660 as a 60-point series reward. Each has its own place in the Festival Playlist, rather than arriving as an automatic gift when the update installs.
Other returning cars fill out the season's rewards, including the Toyota Starlet Glanza V and 1966 Hillman Imp. Four additional Car Pass vehicles arrive during the month, but those are tied to the paid Car Pass or eligible editions; they should not be confused with the playlist unlocks.
Playground says it has reduced the Festival Playlist points required for new cars in response to player feedback. The studio says the goal is to make the vehicles easier to earn, including for people without access to online content.

How to get the Halo-themed rewards
The developer plans to send a 25th-anniversary Xbox and Halo livery for the 2025 GR GT Prototype to players through the in-game Message Center. The Master Chief outfit is a separate reward: it is tied to the Week 2 Photo Challenge, rather than being handed out automatically with the livery.
The City Life announcement also describes an IKEA Prop Pack with 35 furniture and accessory pieces for Custom Garages. Players can place items such as a BILLY bookcase, KALLAX shelving and controller-themed decorations when designing their space.
The earlier patch also reset the PR Stunts leaderboards to address unrealistic entries. City Life's roads and rewards are separate from that reset: returning players can check their Playlist for the current week and use the Garage's new filter to find cars that meet event restrictions.
