What new VR games are coming to Meta Quest in August? The following titles have been announced for the final month of this summer.

The titles are listed in chronological order by release date and accompanied by an official game description.

Please note that the following list is not necessarily complete. Some VR games are announced or postponed during the month.

The VR Games Showcase will also take place on August 15th, where additional titles or release dates for the second half of August may be announced.

Gravity League (August 1)

"In a world where gravity is no longer a limitation, the Gravity League has become the ultimate test of skill and endurance for athletes from all corners of the galaxy.

The rules are simple: 2 players, 1 ball, zero gravity - the first player to 11 goals wins."

Hello Cruel World (August 1)

"You are an urban explorer and you just hit the motherload. Hidden under the carcass of an abandoned restaurant, a deadly, decrepit laboratory teems with secrets around every corner.

Solve puzzles, avoid danger, and uncover the VR mystery of the asylum-- and the voice in your earpiece."

You can pre-order Hello Cruel World on the Quest Store. The game is also coming to Steam the same day.

Zero Caliber 2 (August 1)

A full-blown single player/Co-op campaign filled to the brim with cinematic action (taking place after the events of the prequel), explosions, tons of weapons to unlock, PVP, native mod support, airstrikes, more explosions.

On Point VR (Early Access, August 7)

"On Point is an arcade-inspired VR first person shooter, filled with Warioware-style minigames. Think, aim, and blast your way to a high score through endless shooting minigames, but don't hit those bombs or you'll run out of lives!"

On Point VR is coming to the Quest Store and Steam.

The Burst (August 8)

"The Burst is a smashing high-speed VR shooter. Play as a spec ops operative to bring down the tyrannical warband leader and her goons. Restore order on a prison planet the best way you can - with violence."

You can pre-order The Burst on the Quest Store. The game is also coming to Steam the same day.

GRAB (August 8)

GRAB is a multiplayer platformer that features innovative movement mechanics such as air grabs and grappling hooks. With over 600,000 user-generated levels, an intuitive level editor and multiplayer for up to 12 players, GRAB promises endless parkour challenges and creative possibilities.

Grab is coming to the Quest Store and is also available on PC-VR.

Galaxy Kart (August 8)

Galaxy Kart VR is an arcade kart racing game in space with a focus on combat and individual driver skills. It features 18 tracks, 6 tournaments, 9 characters with unique abilities, 9 power-ups and a 6-player multiplayer mode with voice chat.

Galaxy Kart is coming to Quest Store and is also available on PSVR 2 and PC-VR.

Track Craft (August 28)

Track Craft, a racing game with toy cars and a track editor, will be released in its full version for Meta Quest on August 28. The game offers mixed reality and VR modes, over 50 pre-built levels in three worlds, and an online multiplayer mode. The full version will include new worlds, cars, and a live editor with avatars.

Track Craft is coming to the Quest Store.

Flight 74 (August 29)

Flight 74 is a VR flight simulator with a cartel theme that will be released for Quest on August 29. Players have to fly for a cartel after an emergency landing in order to survive. The game offers complex missions, hand tracking, an interactive cockpit and a cinematic campaign with puzzles.

Flight 74 is coming to the Quest Store and is also available for PC-VR.

Hitman 3 VR: Reloaded (Coming “Summer 2024” according to the Quest Store)

Mecha Party

"Mecha enthusiasts, strap on your VR headsets and pilot a variety of mechas in this first-person VR experience. Whether as a solo fighter or in a team (up to 3V3), achieve mecha fighting glory in this exciting MOBA."

Mecha Party is coming Quest Store for Meta Quest 3.

The VR game is already available on the Playstation Store and on Steam.

Retronika

Retronika combines immersive racing with shooter elements in a casual, first-person perspective. Players navigate a flying bike that can move forward, horizontally, and vertically in a dynamically generated, tiled environment. Players must maneuver through this space, avoiding collisions while engaging with enemy drones using two weapons mounted on the bike.

The game features nine unique weapons, each with distinct characteristics. Players can equip two weapons simultaneously, allowing for strategic combinations suited to varying combat scenarios.
