Steam Next Fest: You can now try these VR games for free

Now is your chance to try out upcoming VR games for free. During the Steam Next Fest, numerous demos will be available for download for one week.


The current Steam Next Fest takes place from October 9th to October 16th. Traditionally, hundreds of demos of upcoming games are offered for free download – several VR games included. We have rounded up the most important titles to give you an overview of the upcoming PC VR games.

Try these VR games now

There are currently 22 VR games among the nearly 1,000 Steam Next Fest demos. To find them, you'll need to set the filter on the left. Open the “Visual Style & Perspective” tab, scroll down a bit and click on “VR”.

Dungeon Full Dive

Dungeon Full Dive is an immersive pen and paper game that allows you to import your own ruleset. With an extensive map editor, you can design entire tabletop worlds and explore them in a classic top-down or first-person perspective.


Peaky Blinders: The King's Ransom

Peaky Blinders: The King's Ransom is the VR game based on the popular BBC series starring Cilian Murphy and Paul Anderson. The story-driven action adventure game was initially only available for Meta Quest 2 and Pico 4. The PC VR version is planned for November as a Complete Edition including DLCs. After completing the main storyline, you will be able to move freely in the game world for the first time, visit shooting galleries or take part in combat challenges.
