PowerWash Simulator gets Alice in Wonderland DLC

FuturLab announces the Alice's Adventures Special Pack expansion for PowerWash Simulator VR. Immerse yourself in Wonderland.

Developer FuturLab has announced a new expansion for PowerWash Simulator called “Alice's Adventures Special Pack”. The add-on pack will be released this summer for PSVR 2, PC VR, and Quest 3, Quest 2, and Quest Pro, and will take players into the crazy world of Alice in Wonderland.

The once vibrant kingdom of Wonderland lies in ruins, devastated by the greatest threat the kingdom has ever seen: a curious little girl. The DLC campaign sends you on a journey down the rabbit hole to discover a twisted, swirling world of psychedelic colors and larger-than-life locations.

In Wonderland, you'll be faced with unusual cleaning tasks. Is it a rug or a clock? A carrot or a cup? One thing is for sure: Walls, tables, floors, and even doors need to be cleaned. And if your mind wanders as you clean, and you wonder what a caterpillar wears to sleep, you might find the answer right above you.

These five iconic places in Wonderland need cleaning:

  • Wonderland Entrance Hall
  • White Rabbit's House
  • Caterpillar's Mushroom
  • Mad Tea Party
  • Queen of Hearts Court

The reward is an entirely new outfit, gloves, and a pressure washer skin. Your mission: Scrub everything clean without incurring the wrath of the Queen.

PowerWash Simulator continues to grow

We were able to play the PowerWash Simulator for Meta Quest 2, but eventually, the virtual wash cycles seemed a little dry, especially if you're not into everyday simulations. Still, the motion controls were easy to use, and the detailed list showed the cleaning status of each object.

Away from the PSVR 2 version of the main game, FuturLab released the first free content update for the Quest version of PowerWash Simulator VR earlier this year, titled “The Muckingham Files.” The update adds six new levels and professions. And also introduces new locations and stories.

With the upcoming Alice in Wonderland DLC, the unusual cleaning fun seems to be taking a more creative direction that should appeal to fans of the quirky classic.
