Sony now offers some excellent VR games as part of the Playstation Plus subscription. Find out which titles you can play with the PSVR 2 at which subscription level.
Similar to the Xbox Game Pass, Sony's Playstation Plus subscription service gives members access to an extensive catalog of games for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5. This means you don't have to buy the games, but can play them at no extra cost for as long as you have an active subscription.
PS Plus now also includes some very good Playstation VR 2 titles. We show you which VR games are included in the respective subscription levels and whether the monthly fee is worth it for you.

PS Plus: Which subscription level includes VR games?
Sony divides its PS Plus subscription into the Essential, Extra and Premium levels. You have access to the PSVR 2 games listed below from the Premium level. You can find the exact benefits of the different subscription levels via the link at the end of the article.
Pistol Whip
Pistol Whip combines rhythm-based gameplay with John Wick-style action in an intense VR experience. Players move along rails through pulsating digital environments, taking out enemies and dodging bullets to the beat of the music. The game features over 30 levels, various modifiers, and a comprehensive styles system. The PSVR 2 version takes things up a notch with enhanced haptics and 3D audio support.
Vacation Simulator
This successor to the VR hit Job Simulator transports players into a virtual vacation wonderland. Keeping the signature cartoon aesthetic, the game offers diverse holiday environments including a beach where you can build sandcastles, play ball games, and snap selfies. Vacation Simulator improves upon its predecessor with a new inventory system and a more open world to explore.
Synapse
Synapse is a PSVR 2 exclusive shooter that cleverly combines eye-tracking with telekinetic powers. Players target enemies with their eyes and manipulate them using mind control abilities. The game features innovative combat mechanics and a minimalist black-and-white design with strategic color accents. While the mechanics are impressive, this roguelite shooter ultimately suffers from a lack of variety and content in the long run.
Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge — Enhanced Edition
This Star Wars VR adventure puts you in the boots of a droid mechanic on the planet Batuu. The Enhanced Edition of Tales from the Galaxy's Edge for PSVR 2 delivers significantly improved graphics, eye-tracking support, haptic feedback, and 3D audio. With the Last Call DLC, the game's content has more than doubled, offering 7-8 hours of gameplay including additional missions and appearances from iconic characters like Yoda.
The Last Clockwinder
The Last Clockwinder offers a unique VR puzzle experience where players record their own movements to create clones, building complex automation chains. The fairy tale-like story unfolds inside an ancient tree housing a mysterious clockwork mechanism. With 4-6 hours of gameplay, The Last Clockwinder shines through its innovative mechanics that could only work in VR.
Synth Riders
Synth Riders is one of the best VR rhythm games. At its core, it is similar to the VR classic Beat Saber, but the focus here is more on rhythmic dance movements. You touch balls to the beat of the music, which fly towards you in retro-futuristic environments. Synth Riders offers various modes such as a 360-degree mode and a multiplayer mode.
Humanity
The Lemmings-like concept of Humanity works brilliantly in its diorama perspective both on screen and in VR, offering an exceptional gaming experience. You have to guide a horde of people running around with the help of a dog through various areas.
Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord
The co-op game Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord offers you a new story in the Ghostbusters universe with many familiar faces from the films and series.
Before Your Eyes
Before Your Eyes is a VR adventure game for PSVR 2 that is controlled entirely without a controller using eye tracking. Players move through picturesque comic worlds by blinking and experience an emotional story about life and death.
Walkabout Mini Golf VR
Walkabout Mini Golf impresses with harmonious graphics, great physics and a relaxing atmosphere. The VR mini golf game offers challenging courses, regular new content and a perfect multiplayer mode. It is one of the best and longest-lasting VR games and is available on all popular VR platforms.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is an atmospheric VR survival game in a zombie apocalypse setting with a strong license. It offers an exciting story with tough decisions, a motivating crafting system and credible VR interactions. If you know the original and like zombie action, you can't go wrong here.
Kayak VR: Mirage
Kayak VR: Mirage is an impressively beautiful VR game and has recently been given an impressive new environment with the Soča Valley DLC. The DLC offers whitewater courses for the first time, improved graphics and a more immersive avatar display. The studio promises further updates in the coming months, possibly including a multiplayer mode.
Job Simulator
Job Simulator is an absolute VR classic and was the second VR game ever to break the one million sales mark after Beat Saber. Owlchemy Labs' innovative game concept focused early on hand presence and funny interactions in VR. Its success shows that well-implemented VR games can be commercially successful.
