New VR MMORPG Freeland is now available for free on Meta Quest and PC VR
Today sees the launch of the new VR MMORPG Freeland for Meta Quest 3, Quest 2, Quest Pro and SteamVR. The free-to-play multiplayer adventure will initially launch in Early Access and aims to be one of the largest open-world VR adventures. In Freeland, you explore a vast online galaxy threatened by the villainous Ventax. You must forge alliances, fight battles, and uncover secrets to save Freeland. The game features open world exploration, dynamic combat, social interaction, dungeons and PvP combat. You can race cars on tracks, complete quests such as wingsuit flights between skyscrapers, customize your avatar and explore four planets. Additional worlds will be unlocked over time.
Mixed reality hit Infinite Inside receives graphics update
The first update for Infinite Inside is now available for Meta Quest (3), Playstation VR 2 and SteamVR and brings some improvements. Pico users will have to wait until next month. With the patch, you can expect a higher resolution and improved lighting. A new save system will save your progress more often. Additionally, the haptic feedback on PSVR 2 has been adjusted, quest achievement issues have been resolved, and several minor bugs have been fixed.
Bulletstorm VR: New Horde mode coming with September update
People Can Fly and Incubo have released the official trailer for Bulletstorm VR's Horde mode. The brutal sci-fi first-person shooter will be updated to version 1.4 on September 19, and the new game mode will throw you into three new, customized arenas. There, you will face increasingly difficult waves of enemies to survive and climb the leaderboards. Bulletstorm VR is currently available for Playstation VR 2, Meta Quest and PC VR via Steam. A version for Pico VR headsets will follow soon.
