Meta Quest frustration: Software update paralyzes VR headsets — Meta gives the all-clear
Numerous Quest headsets from Meta are defective following failed updates. The company confirmed a software problem, but has since given the all-clear. In most cases, the headsets should work normally again. Meta has introduced a simplified exchange process for defective Quest 2 and Quest 3S.
