According to StrikerVR, pre-orderers will receive several benefits:

- Early access with 1,000 pre-sale units to be delivered as early as Christmas
- VIP status with priority access to future StrikerVR products and updates
Regular shipping for all future orders will begin on March 15, 2025. StrikerVR emphasizes that the Mavrik is designed exclusively for personal use with Meta Quest 3 and 3S and is not intended for commercial environments.
From arcade specialist to consumer market
StrikerVR originally specialized in high-quality VR guns for arcades and VR arcades. The professional models, such as the Arena Infinity, cost at least $1,200 and offered extensive haptic effects such as realistic recoil.
The entry into the consumer market was made possible by an investment of four million US-Dollars. The first version for end consumers, the Mavrik-Pro, was initially released as a Developer Edition for just under $1.000. It had three haptic motors: a main "Thunder" recoil module for large explosions and two "Cricket" modules for finer haptic effects.
With the new Mavrik for Meta Quest 3, StrikerVR is now targeting a broader market for the first time. The pre-sale price of $499 is significantly lower than the company's previous professional models.
