Steam's Spring Sale is here and it's packed with discounts. We've rounded up the best VR gaming deals for you.

The Steam Spring Sale is here, and with it comes massive discounts on VR games. Until 21 March at 18:00 CET, you can save up to 75 percent on selected titles. This includes some VR hits like the PC VR exclusive Half-Life: Alyx and the graphically stunning racing simulation Assetto Corsa, which costs just $5.

Half-Life: Alyx

After a wait of about 13 years, Valve finally delivered a new entry in the popular Half-Life series with Half-Life: Alyx, this time exclusively for VR. The first-person shooter is a prequel to Half-Life 2 and takes place between the events of Half-Life and Half-Life 2. You take on the role of Alyx Vance and fight against the alien race Combine. Half-Life: Alyx is one of the best VR games of all time and should be in every VR library.

Pavlov

Pavlov is one of the most popular multiplayer shooters for Virtual Reality, often referred to as the "Counter-Strike for VR", offering a variety of game modes, custom servers, bots, matchmaking, and voice chat. With extensive modding support, you can add new maps and game modes created by the community.

Skyrim VR and Fallout VR

Skyrim VR and Fallout 4 VR let you explore the massive game worlds of Bethesda's popular role-playing games in Virtual Reality. With hundreds of hours of content, there is plenty to do with these two titles. Despite mixed reviews, both games have been commercially successful and are among the best-selling VR games. If you've always wanted to try these games, you should get them now because the RRP of $59.99 is definitely too high.

Legendary Tales

Legendary Tales is an action RPG and dungeon crawler that allows you to work together as a team to defeat monsters, collect loot and explore a corrupted land. Typical of the genre, the title offers physics-based battles, magic, a crafting system and talent trees for the character.

Microsoft Flight Simulator VR

The VR version of Microsoft Flight Simulator is a real gem for simulation fans. With VR controllers or special HOTAS from Logitech and Co, you can control your aircraft realistically in wind and weather. Since the launch, the developers have made numerous improvements, including to the performance, in order to achieve a more stable and smoother frame rate.

No Man’s Sky

No Man's Sky is an extensive space exploration game with cross-play support, allowing PC VR and PSVR 2 players to explore an almost infinite universe together.

Arizona Sunshine 2

The VR zombie shooter Arizona Sunshine 2 offers a co-op mode for the entire campaign as well as a horde mode for up to four players with cross-play support. As a frustrated survivor of a zombie apocalypse, you come across a loyal companion in search of humans, who combs the Arizona desert with you and supports you against the numerous "Freddys".
