SteamVR: New PC VR games coming in August 2024
What new games are coming to PC VR in August? The following titles are announced for the final month of summer.
The titles are listed in chronological order by release date and accompanied by an official game description.
Please note that the following list is not necessarily complete. Some VR games are announced or postponed during the month.
The VR Games Showcase will also take place on August 15th, where additional titles or release dates for the second half of August may be announced.

Hello Cruel World (August 1)

Tomb Explorer (Early Access, August 1)
"Tomb Explorer VR is an adventure game where you navigate/explore ancient ruins and tombs in search of historical treasures, relics and artifacts."

D-Day Invasions (August 4)
"Fight in online multiplayer battles with up to 64 players in this sequel to Honor & Duty: D-Day. This game features visual enhancements, new maps, map reworks, brand new features and more.
There are five classes with a progression system allowing you to enhance each class with special abilities and perks. Weapons can be customized with a variety of attachments including scopes, grips, bayonets, weapon skins and more.
Online gameplay features epic matches with up to 64 players in multiple game modes including favorites such as Team Deathmatch, Attack & Defend and Free For All. Battle on foot, jump in a tank or speed into action in a jeep, it's your choice!"

Arcade Paradise VR (August 8)

Astro Hunters (August 8)
"Become one of the Hunters in Astro Hunters VR - PvPvE extraction shooter set in space. Explore diverse planets, fight with different enemies, craft, gather resources, and upgrade your weapons. But remember there are also other hunters on the planet. Will you ally, fight, or betray - it's up to you!"

The Burst (August 8)

Outta Hand (August 15)
