Apple Vision Pro gets Spatial Gallery with visionOS 2.4 Beta 2

Apple has released the second beta version of visionOS 2.4 for Vision Pro, which includes the new Spatial Gallery platform. Spatial Gallery is a curated collection of spatial photos, videos, and panoramas in 3D. The app offers content from well-known photographers as well as experiences from brands such as Cirque du Soleil, Red Bull and Porsche. The final version of visionOS 2.4 is scheduled for release in April. The beta version can be installed via the Apple Developer Center.

Apple Vision Pro gets an exclusive immersive documentary on U2 frontman Bono

Apple announces the first feature-length documentary in Apple Immersive Video format. "Bono: Stories Of Surrender" will be released exclusively for Apple Vision Pro. The documentary is based on Bono's hit one-man stage show and best-selling autobiography. The film is directed by Andrew Dominik of The Assassination of Jesse James fame. Apple Immersive Video features 180-degree video at 8K per eye, 90 frames per second, stereoscopic 3D, HDR and surround sound. The format has been used in the short film Submerged and a music video by The Weeknd. "Bono: Stories Of Surrender" will be released on May 30, 2025, and the immersive version will be available exclusively on Apple Vision Pro.
