Epyka is a VR puzzle game where you search for the origins of civilization and solve magical puzzles with the help of a furry friend.
The puzzle adventure Epyka will be released exclusively for Meta Quest on January 9, 2025.
In Epyka, you take on the role of archaeologist Scott Hudson, who sets out with his dog Jack in search of the origins of civilization. They end up on a mysterious island.
There you discover an ancient source of evil that threatens humanity. To avert the evil, you must work with Jack to solve magical puzzles and uncover the mysteries of the island.
The VR game has a beautiful, colorful art style and is aimed at puzzle fans and VR newcomers alike. A special feature of Epyka is the dog Jack, who accompanies you on your adventures and with whom you develop a bond during the game. The studio promises an unforgettable adventure for the whole family.
Epyka will be released on 9 January 2025 for Meta Quest 3, 3S, 2 and Pro on the Horizon Store. It will cost $10 and can be already pre-ordered for a small discount. It features English voice-overs and subtitles in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Epyka is the first game from Italian indie studio Singular Perception. The team is made up of engineers and artists who strive to create engaging, interactive, story-driven games with positive, non-violent, emotional connections between players and game characters, according to a description on the studio's official website.
