CONTEXT

Performance problems spoil the fun of the game

Batman: Arkham Shadow is a flagship title for Meta Quest 3, but has suffered from various performance issues since its release. During our review, edge flickering, frame rate drops, stuttering, and delays in the soundtrack occurred.

The action adventure is the first part of the popular Arkham series in virtual reality and takes place between Arkham Origins and Arkham Asylum. With Hollywood stars like Elijah Wood as Scarecrow and voice acting icon Troy Baker as Harvey Dent, the game sets new standards in VR game production. Anyone who purchases a Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S with 512 GB of memory between now and April 2025 will receive the 50 Euro game for free.
