A survival shooter sneaks to the top of the Playstation VR 2 charts
Sony has published the top downloads of September 2024 for Playstation VR 2, with an unsurprising winner.
The Playstation Store top downloads are released once a month and give an idea of the sales success of the listed VR games compared to others, as most PSVR 2 titles are only available as digital downloads.

A game PSVR 2 fans have been looking forward to
Released on September 19th, Into The Radius unsurprisingly took the top spot.
The VR game has achieved cult status on Steam and Meta Quest, so PSVR 2 players were eager to get their hands on it.
With its setting and atmosphere, Into The Radius is reminiscent of GSC Game World's Stalker trilogy. The survival shooter takes place in the open world of the Pechorsk Zone and emphasizes realism with features such as manual weapon handling, limited supplies and careful planning. It offers more than 20 hours of gameplay.
Into The Radius is the only PSVR 2 game released in September to make the top downloads. Some of the other titles are much older and appear regularly in the charts.
In October, Max Mustard, Metal: Hellsinger VR, Arizona Sunshine Remake, Vendetta Forever and Starship Troopers Continuum are coming to Playstation VR 2. Other big titles coming to PSVR 2 in the next few months include Metro: Awakening, Skydance's Behemoth and Alien: Rogue Incursion.
