Meta Quest Free Weekends continue with two new titles
Meta continues with its Free Weekends offer, where you can try two multiplayer hits for free for one hour.
We're in the middle of summer, and this is the time when VR usage tends to plummet. Meta has come up with a campaign to make VR fans curious and get them under the headsets.
Free Weekends will run from July 12 through August 12, and will unlock two multiplayer games each weekend that you can play for free for one hour during the weekend.
Those who play long enough will receive a code via email for a 20% discount on the game. The code is valid for up to five days after the free weekend ends. You can pre-download the games now so you're ready to go when you start playing.
Third weekend with Guardians Frontline and Premium Bowling
The promotion starts on Friday, July 26th at 15:00 and ends on Monday, July 29th at 01:00.
Last week it was Dungeons of Eternity and Real VR Fishing, this weekend it's Guardians Frontline and Premium Bowling.
Guardians Frontline
Guardians Frontline is a mix of real-time strategy, first-person shooter and tower defense with single and multiplayer modes. For multiplayer fans, there is a co-op mode for up to four people and PvP multiplayer battles for up to eight people.

"I can shoot my way through hordes of enemies as a commander in the first-person perspective or give strategic instructions to my troops directly on the battlefield.
If I lose track of what's happening, I switch smoothly to the top-down view and play Guardians Frontline like a classic RTS game. Apart from the campaign, there's also a lot to do with various game modes, multiplayer sessions, and an extensive map editor. VR strategists can therefore buy the game without hesitation and should spend many exciting hours with Guardians Frontline."

Premium Bowling
Premium Bowling aims to provide the most realistic bowling experience in virtual reality, using its own physics simulation.
The game features a variety of bowling alley, a "pass the headset" mode, online multiplayer, live tournaments and more.
