What to expect from Fitness One XR Evolved
Fitness One XR Evolved is a VR game that includes classic fitness exercises such as push-ups, leg lifts, flutter kicks, sumo squats and crunches. The exercises are divided into categories such as cardio and strength, with specific units for different muscle groups and fitness goals.
During the exercises, you can put away the VR controllers, as the game also supports hand tracking of the Quest VR headsets. Excellently animated virtual trainers guide you through the exercises. This makes it easy to understand the movement sequences. You will be rewarded with in-game currency for successfully completing units and can use this to unlock new virtual environments or personalize the trainer models.
What to expect from Action Resort XR
Action Resort XR is an immersive experience that combines fitness, gaming and cooking in one package. The collection includes a range of games aimed at improving both mental sharpness and physical well-being. Key features include Pro Boxing Training, where players can climb the rank ladder, and Smoothie Bar, a virtual kitchen for health-focused cooking.
The Ball Smasher Reflex Training and Food Fight games also offer a mix of physical training and mental stimulation. Users can customize their VR environment and choose from a variety of backdrops, including virtual spas, yoga rooms, tropical beaches and luxury villas. The app also allows you to customize personal trainers and offers over ten ambient music tracks for relaxation. ReCharge XR aims to make regular exercise more varied and enjoyable, promising benefits such as stress relief, improved posture, more energy and better sleep.
