Meta and Ray-Ban drop limited Coperni Edition Smart Glasses at Paris Fashion Week
Meta and Ray-Ban presented a limited Coperni Edition of their smart glasses at Paris Fashion Week. Only 3,600 pieces available.
Meta and Ray-Ban unveiled their latest collaboration at Paris Fashion Week — a limited edition of their smart glasses created with fashion brand Coperni. The Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition made its debut during Coperni's Fall/Winter 2025 runway show, where models showcased the glasses' photo and video capabilities live on the catwalk.
Built on Ray-Ban's Wayfarer frame, these special edition glasses feature transparent black frames with gray mirrored lenses and Coperni branding on the temples. Only 3,600 pairs will be produced, making this a truly limited release.
The Coperni edition packs all the features found in the standard Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses: hands-free photo and video capture, voice-controlled music streaming through Spotify and Amazon Music, and AI-powered reminders. Users in the US and Canada who are part of the early access program can also test live translation capabilities between English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
The Ray-Ban Meta x Coperni Limited Edition will be available through Coperni, Meta, and Ray-Ban's online stores starting March 10, priced at $549.
Successful partnership between Meta and Ray-Ban
This release builds on an already successful partnership between Meta and Ray-Ban. According to EssilorLuxottica CEO Francesco Milleri, their existing smart glasses line has moved over two million units since its 2023 launch. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has even bigger ambitions, targeting between five and ten million sales for the next generation.
Meta's rushing to establish itself in the smart glasses market before competitors arrive in 2025. Their roadmap includes several ambitious projects: Oakley-branded AI glasses, smart glasses with heads-up displays, and their full-featured Orion AR glasses.
