Pico’s new VR headset has a different name and will be launched next week
ByteDance and Pico have confirmed that a new Pico 4 VR headset will be released in China next week. Contrary to previous leaks, the headset will be presented under the name "Pico 4 Ultra". A release date for other countries is not yet known.
Meta Quest HDMI Link: New feature connects VR headsets with consoles, laptops & smartphones
With the new Meta Quest HDMI Link, you can connect your VR headset to consoles and laptops - for gaming and more on a huge virtual screen. The feature requires additional hardware and will initially only be released in the App Lab.

Meta & Rockstar put GTA San Andreas VR on ice
As Meta confirmed to IGN, the development of the VR remake of GTA: San Andreas has been put on hold until further notice. Instead, they want to use their resources for other projects at the moment, but are looking forward to a future collaboration with Rockstar.
The Burst gets off to a bumpy start on Meta Quest & PC VR
The VR action game The Burst from developer GoRapid Studio takes you into a dystopian world full of insane enemies and crazy weapons. However, The Burst is rated "balanced" on Steam and Quest users award it 3.5 stars. The main criticism is the technical state of the game.
Release date set for Metal: Hellsinger VR
The heavy metal rhythm shooter Metal: Hellsinger VR finally has a release date and will launch this fall on all platforms. Those who pre-order the game will receive the DLC "Dream of the Beast" for free.
VR blockbuster Alien: Rogue Incursion has a release date
Developer Survios has announced that Alien: Rogue Incursion will be released on December 19, 2024 for Meta Quest, PC-VR and PSVR 2. The action game with horror elements is one of the first major games to be developed exclusively for Quest 3.
Potential VR hit Behemoth to be released in November
The VR action RPG Behemoth from the creators of The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners will be released on November 14, 2024 for Meta Quest, Playstation VR 2 and PC VR. The release was originally planned for the end of 2023.
