Skydance's Behemoth gets a "New Game+" mode

The third major patch for Behemoth has reached Meta Quest, PC VR headsets, and Playstation VR 2, bringing many bug fixes as well as a New Game+ mode.

"If you have completed the game, you’ll find that there’s a new option on the Main Menu: New Game+. Click on this button, and you’ll be able to carry over all of your unlocked abilities, Hero Weapons and health improvements to a fresh instance of the game! You can fight your way through the world as an overpowered demi-god and see exactly how far you’ve come in the Forsaken Lands. Have you missed any collectibles during your first run? Well, now you can explore our environments with the full panoply of grapple upgrades to pick up any you missed," the studio writes.

Skydance Games has also improved the fidelity and reactivity of the severing system, refined and tuned the strength activation visuals, improved the accuracy of hand grips across the board, all among many other fixes and refinements to the Behemoth experience.

Report: Samsung plans to launch smart glasses in 2025

South Korean news portal ETNews, citing industry sources, reports that Samsung plans to launch a smart glasses product, codenamed Haean, later this year alongside the Project Moohan mixed reality headset. Features and specifications are said to be being finalized. According to the report, Samsung is focusing on comfort and will include cameras and sensors to track movements.

Like the headset, the smart glasses will likely be based on Google's Android XR operating system. Last September, Qualcomm CEO Christiano Amon hinted that Samsung, Google, and Qualcomm were working on AI glasses, and in October, The Information reported that Google and Samsung were developing a competitor to the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses based on the Gemini AI assistant.

The image comes from a leaked 2021 Samsung AR glasses concept video.
