FACTS

Virtual Desktop has been updated to version 1.32.9. The update brings the following improvements, among others:

  • The boundary can be hidden in the passthrough environment so that it should no longer trigger when you move to the edge of your play area. This does not apply to fully immersive environments. Boundary visibility can be toggled on and off in the options.
  • The multi-monitor support introduced with version 1.32.5 has been improved: screens now snap together when they are arranged, and a gap between fully curved floating screens has been removed. Streaming performance with two or three screens on MacOS has also been improved.
  • Various keyboard improvements, including ISO layout support and Azerty remapping.
  • You can now interact with menus and toolbars using the 'A' key in addition to the trigger.
  • Contractors Showdown should now be compatible with Virtual Desktop if you start it from the Games tab.

The full release notes can be found on Github or below.

As usual, you only need to update the VR app in your Quest library, the streamer app on your PC will be updated automatically when you connect to your PC.
