Many PSVR 2 games are on sale now, but these you should get
The Playstation Store summer sale has begun, with nearly 80 PSVR 2 games currently discounted by up to 90 percent. We picked out the gems for you.
The summer sale lasts until August 14, 2024.
In addition to native VR games, there are also a few hybrid titles on offer, including
- Resident Evil Village for $16 instead of $40 (60 percent off)
- No Man's Sky for $20 instead of $50 (60 percent off)
Both are brilliant VR ports.

Red Matter 2 (40 percent off)
The sequel to the sci-fi adventure ups the ante in terms of gameplay and graphics, and is one of the most technically impressive titles for Playstation VR 2.
The action takes place far in the future during a fictional Cold War. You take on the role of an agent who wakes up on a lunar base and must uncover the secrets of the mysterious red matter. The game offers a good mix of story, exploration, puzzles, and combat.
Red Matter 2 is currently available on the Playstation Store for $18 instead of $30.
The 7th Guest VR (30 percent off)
The mystery adventure game is a remake of the classic CD-ROM game from the 90s and was developed from scratch for virtual reality. The 7th Guest VR features tricky puzzles, volumetric characters and a dense, creepy atmosphere.
The 7th Guest VR is currently available on the Playstation Store for $18 instead of $30.
Townsmen VR (75 percent off)
The classic city-building simulation has been built from the ground up for VR and features intuitive VR controls.
Players start with a modest settlement and can expand their building skills across 13 different islands, each with different challenges and tasks. You can build over 20 different buildings with upgrades and assign roles to villagers to create a vibrant economy.

Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge - Enhanced Edition (30 percent off)
The best Star Wars VR game to date takes players to the planet Batuu, where you must retrieve a valuable cargo. The problem: you are being hunted by space pirates with the exact same goal.
The VR game offers solid shooter fare with the occasional puzzle. Star Wars fans can look forward to appearances by well-known characters such as C-3PO, R2-D2 and Yoda.
The Enhanced Edition developed for the Playstation VR 2 is the best version of the game, as my review showed.
Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge is currently available on the Playstation Store for $28 instead of $40.
