Sony plans massive Black Friday deal for Playstation VR 2
On November 22nd, Sony will launch its Black Friday deals and the Playstation VR 2 could get a massive discount.
Sony has announced Black Friday deals on Playstation products, including Playstation VR 2, on the Playstation Blog.
Offers are valid from November 22 to December 2, 2024 and include hardware discounts via Playstation Direct and at participating retailers. Offers will vary by region and retailer, but an image on the Playstation Blog suggests that Playstation VR 2 could be up to 40 percent off.
We won't know for sure until November 22, when the offers appear on the official Black Friday website and Playstation Direct website.
This year's deals include PSVR 2 as well as other hardware such as PS5 consoles, Dual Sense wireless controllers, Pulse Elite wireless headsets and Pulse Explore wireless earphones. In addition, a wide range of software will be discounted on the Playstation Store.

According to a recent leak, Sony will temporarily offer the VR headset in France for €400 instead of €600, a 33 percent discount. The same price will apply to the Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle, which normally costs €650. A similar discount is said to be offered in other European countries and the rest of the world. The discount will be offered through participating retailers and "probably" Playstation Direct, according to the leak.
Sony temporarily offered a generous discount on PSVR 2 in the UK and US this summer, which boosted sales in the US by more than 2000 percent. Hopefully, this year's Black Friday deal will lead to similar results in other countries and regions around the world.
