Pico 4 Ultra available for pre-order in Europe from September 6: Free Motion Trackers and 4 VR games included
The new Pico 4 Ultra VR headset will be available for pre-order in Europe soon. We summarize what is included in the pre-order bundle and where you can buy the headset.
The Pico 4 Ultra will be available for pre-order starting September 6 in Europe and Asia-Pacific. The pre-order period runs until September 19th. If you order during this period, you will receive the excellent Motion Trackers (worth €90 / £80) for free as part of a pre-order bundle. Pico is also including four free VR games worth a total of €50 / £40:

- Let's Get Fit VR
- FootPool
After the pre-order period, the Pico 4 Ultra will officially go on sale on September 20, 2024 for a recommended retail price of €599 and £530 in the UK.
The Pico 4 Ultra will be available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
Outside of the EU, the VR headset will be sold in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. A US launch is not planned at this time.

Pico 4 Ultra: What's inside
The Pico 4 Ultra is an evolution of its predecessor, the Pico 4, and aims to compete with the Meta Quest 3 with more power and new features. Read our review of the Pico 4 Ultra to find out if it succeeds.
The VR headset is now powered by a Qualcomm XR2 Gen2 chip, which offers a 2.5x increase in GPU performance and a 20% increase in CPU performance compared to the Pico 4. RAM has also been doubled to 12GB.
For a better mixed reality experience, the Pico 4 Ultra has a new iToF depth sensor and two high-resolution 32 MP cameras in the glass front. This also enables spatial videos and photos. A complete overview of the Pico 4 Ultra's specifications can be found in the linked article.
