All Meta Quest games releasing in January 2024
The VR port of Bulletstorm and the fully-fledged mixed reality game Demeter kick off Meta Quest's gaming year of 2024.
The following VR games are listed in chronological order by release date. New Quest titles are usually released on Thursdays, although there are exceptions.
Please note that the following list is not necessarily complete, as some VR games may be announced later in the month or pushed to the next month.
App Lab Games are included only in exceptional cases.

Micro Machines: Mini Challenge Mayhem (January 4)
Official description:

Toy Trains (January 16)
Official description:
"Toy Trains is a playful track-building game with a nostalgic yet heartwarming storyline. Use your logic skills and imagination to construct trails and create your own small world. All that while enjoying cozy and relaxing vibes. Rediscover building rails in a modern way. Each map has many possible solutions - you need to stay sharp, but can get as creative as you want!"
Toy Trains is launching in the App Lab.
Bulletstorm VR (January 18)
Bulletstorm VR is a VR port of the classic shooter from 2011. Incuvo describes the game as follows:
"Bulletstorm VR is a brutal first-person shooter that puts you in the ass-kicking boots of the hotheaded space mercenary Grayson Hunt. Get the hands-on creative carnage experience with classic, fast-paced gunplay and devastating melee combos powered by fully redesigned controls for Virtual Reality."
Crumbling (January 18)
Official description:
"Crumbling is a VR rogue-like action adventure. Taking control of a Crumbling, a cute little action figure, you fight plastic monsters that are minions of the evil Böse Corp. As you progress from one meticulously crafted diorama to the next your Crumbling grows ever stronger!"
On Twitter, the studio writes that it hopes to release the game in January.
Retropolis 2 (January 18)
Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye is a sequel to The Secret of Retropolis, a VR point-and-click adventure that released in 2021. The sequel takes place one year after the events of the first game and continues the story of hard-boiled robotic detective Philip Log and robotic femme fatale Jenny Montage. The unlikely pair must face a new villain.
Demeter (January 25)
Demeter is the first fully-fledged Quest title developed from the ground up for mixed reality. In this platformer, you navigate a protagonist named Atalanta through your living room. The studio Novelab describes the game as follows:
"Atalanta has fallen into our world. Help her to understand how and why she ends up in your home. Your furniture and walls will become challenging puzzles that require all your dexterity. Take on challenging puzzles, climb, jump, and battle your way through a breathtaking narrative. Demeter is an emotional storyline to unravel. Guide Atalanta through your world and on flying vehicles as she wields mystical powers. Your choices will impact the Demeter universe and the fate of Atalanta."
Hunt Together (January 25)
Official description:
"Hunt Together is a multiplayer VR game offering two Player vs Player modes, in which you take on the role of the bold Hunter or the terrifying Ghost. Your task will be to defeat your opponent with the help of numerous skills, items and usable environmental elements. The arenas of your battles are spooky, chilling locations, such as an abandoned mine, a haunted mansion or a forgotten orphanage."
Underdogs (January 25)
The VR game, which was announced at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase 2023, will be released on January 25, 2024 for Meta Quest 2, 3 and Pro, as well as PC VR headsets on Steam. Meta describes the game as follows: "A single-player first-person roguelike, the game lets you wrap yourself in five tons of metal and rampage through a dark scene of underground fighting pits as you hustle, steal, and scavenge over 100 items and power tools to customize your mech."
