Meta Quest 3 now significantly cheaper - includes VR hit and free game subscription
You can now save up to $150 on the Meta Quest 3 VR headset, including Batman: Arkham Shadow and 3 months of Meta Quest+.
As Meta announced at the Connect conference, the previously available 128 GB version of the Meta Quest 3 will be discontinued. It will now only cost $430 while stocks last. The price of the 512 GB version will be reduced to $500. This means that you will get four times as much storage space for the same price.
As a bonus, buyers of a Meta Quest 3 will receive the VR game Batman: Arkham Shadow for free, including three months of Meta Quest+, Meta's VR game subscription. This offer is valid until April 2025.
The same conditions also apply to the Meta Quest 3S, a cheaper version of the Quest 3 with an entry-level price of $300, which was also presented at Connect.

Meta Quest 3S is ready for preorder
The Meta Quest 3 offers several advantages over the Quest 3S, but the technical compromises of the Quest 3S are less than one might expect due to the price difference. It uses the same chipset as the Quest 3 and can calculate and display games and apps in comparable quality. Quest 3S will be released on October 15, 2024 in two storage models: a 128 GB model for $300 and a 256 GB model for $400.
