Meta drops the price for Quest 3S for a limited time - $50 off and Batman VR for free
Meta's budget-friendly Quest 3S is on sale for a limited time and includes the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham Shadow.
Meta has launched a temporary sale on its Quest 3S VR headset, offering the 256 GB version for $349.99 — that's $50 less than usual. Anyone interested needs to act fast, though, as the deal ends February 8 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The deal comes with some nice extras: buyers get the VR headset, a copy of Batman: Arkham Shadow, and three months of Meta Quest+ at no additional cost. The offer is only available on meta.com.
Building a bigger VR community
Meta created the Quest 3S as part of its strategy to bring more people into its VR ecosystem. According to Meta Quest chief Mark Rabkin, the plan seems to be working — the Quest 3S is attracting lots of first-time VR users.
Batman: Arkham Shadow is one of the best VR games of 2024. It's picked up several prestigious nominations at the D.I.C.E. Awards, including Outstanding Technical Achievement, Action Game of the Year, Technical Achievement in Immersive Reality, and Immersive Reality Game of the Year. The game also walked away with Best VR/AR Game at The Game Awards.
