Hitman VR was released on March 27th and Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate a week later on April 3.

Hitman World of Assassination - VR Access

The paid VR mode of the base game was released in good condition. Nevertheless, IOI Interactive has already applied over a hundred bug fixes and improvements with the first patch.

The main fixes of PS VR2 Patch #1 include preventing save data corruption, minimizing of fades to black when approaching specific geometry, tweaking aiming for firearms, and fixes to the list of previous known issues shared at launch.

The full list of bug fixes is long. You can read it here.

Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate

Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate is a different case. Released on PSVR 2 and Meta Quest, players reported numerous bugs and, in the case of the latter, performance issues. The rudimentary combat system also needs improvement — something the developers themselves acknowledged at launch.

A first hotfix has been released today. It includes fixes for gameplay issues like player movement glitches, item handling (especially the Echo Diviner), and missing or broken level assets. It also resolves several achievement bugs and adjusts audio elements. Overall, it improves game stability, item behavior, and progression reliability.

The studio is now working on a second hotfix, as well as Patches 1 and 2. These will focus on height adjustment refinements, a comprehensive combat overhaul, performance and stability enhancements, as well as general improvements across the game.
