Cold VR is coming soon
Cold VR is Superhot VR in reverse: time only stands still as long as you move. Kevin tried an early version in the spring and really liked it.
The studio responsible announced that Cold VR will be released in December for Meta Quest, PC-VR and Playstation VR 2.
Madison VR coming soon to Meta Quest
The allegedly scariest game of all time has been ported to Playstation VR and PC VR in 2024 and the Quest version will follow before this year's end.
Pools is coming to PC VR and Playstation VR 2 in 2025
Pools is a PC horror game in the walking simulator genre, inspired by the internet phenomenon of liminal spaces and back rooms. It is set in a huge, labyrinthine swimming pool complex and does not have a classic story, characters or discoverable notes and clues.
The VR port of the minimalist horror game will be released in 2025 for PC VR and Playstation VR 2.
Project Aeroes announced for Meta Quest
In this mixed reality arcade game, you use your hands to steer spaceships through space and bring them home safely.
Project Aeroes will be released in the Horizon Store on December 12.
Stay: Forever Home announced for Meta Quest
Stay: Forever Home is a mixed reality pet simulation from Windup Minds in which you take care of the fantasy creature Ember. She has an AI personality, is aware of her surroundings and reacts to your affection.
The mixed reality game will be released in early 2025, and you can already add it to your wish list in the Horizon Store.
Underdogs is coming to Playstation VR 2
Underdogs is a VR mech brawler that Kevin described as a must-play in his hands-on.
The game is already available for Meta Quest and PC VR, and PSVR 2 players will be able to jump into the mechs in early 2025.
Vertigo 2: Into the Aether DLC announced
The PC version of the highly acclaimed VR shooter will receive a paid DLC in March 2025.
The DLC will bring a grappling hook that can be used to swing through the world and a shield that can be used to block attacks and collect energy for counterattacks.
