One of the biggest boy bands of the 90s to use Virtual Reality for live shows

Gary Barlow, lead singer of Take That, plans to incorporate Virtual Reality into the band's upcoming 72-date concert tour. Inspired by the immersive tech used by U2 at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Barlow believes VR will enhance the audience's experience. “Things like the Sphere, or headsets and VR are going to move our music on. We’ve been listening to music a long time, then we had videos to accompany the music. What’s next? I think experiences are going to get bigger” the singer says. The tour, promoting their album “This Life”, begins in April.
