Pico 4 launches in Europe. We have compiled a list with the VR games available at launch.

The mobile VR headset Pico 4 from the TikTok parent company ByteDance has officially launched and is now available in Europe. With the Pico 4, there is for the first time serious competition for the Meta Quest 2, which at least has to admit defeat in terms of technical specs.

At 2,160 x 2,160 pixels, the Pico 4 has a higher resolution than Quest 2 and features pancake lenses that are more compact than the Quest 2's Fresnel lenses, resulting in a slimmer form factor and less weight. Read our preview of the Pico 4 to see how the VR headset fares in the real world.

Pico seems to have more than enough potential buyers. High demand at launch led to supply shortages for the Pico 4, which the company plans to resolve by the end of October. What does Pico's games lineup have to offer?

Pico 4: These games are available at launch

At the launch of the Pico 4, 150 VR games are available in the Pico Store. Among them are mainly ports of already well-known games like Demeo, Walkabout Mini Golf, After The Fall or Les Mills Bodycombat. Classics like Space Pirate Trainer, Arizona Sunshine or the streaming app Virtual Desktop are also among the launch titles.

Pico 4: VR games already announced

In addition to the launch titles, Pico already announced several other VR games that will be available for the mobile VR headset in the coming weeks and months. Among them are the zombie adventures The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Parts 1 and 2 as well as the Pico-exclusive dance game Just Dance VR announced for 2023.
